Mecca Bah at Emporium, Fortitude Valley
Set in one of the atmospheric pockets of Brisbane – Emporium, Fortitude Valley – Mecca Bah was always heard of but never tried of. For me. Until one fine day… oneee finnee dayyy, the story begins…
With indoor and outdoor options for dining in – check out that chandelier!
And unique pieces of furniture – I like eclectic pieces
And plate ^_^ – I like homewares stuff too, ok. Don’t judge.
“Fattoush – Lebanese bread salad”
My sister and I wanted to know what “Fattoush” was like, hence the decision on ordering one.
“Turkish lamb kofte, spicy tomato sauce and yoghurt pizza”
The lamb kofte blend with the yoghurt sauce was just so yummy.
Then…
The one that made me so so so very happy…
drumroooollll / drrrooollllll
“Middle eastern spiced swordfish and spicy couscous”
I was after some soft and fluffy couscous and the combination with the grilled swordfish was just literally drool-worthy! I want to come back for this! Unless I find a recipe to recreate this dish.
Another photo of it just so I can tempt you to lick the screen.
