It claims:
A lightweight conditioning balm for the lip formulated with SPF 15. Protects the lips from everyday aggressions, holds in moisture, provides gentle repair to dry lips. Contains almond oil, shea butter, avocado extract, wheat germ oil, and vitamins A and E. Petroleum-based to seal in moisture yet smooth to apply, non-sticky on.
Slightly vanilla-flavored.
Color-free.

My Verdict:

  • Smells really nice! It smells lightly of vanilla
  • Moisturising
  • Holds moisture
  • Great under lipstick
  • Gentle on lips - no stinging, no weird reactions
  • SPF is a bonus - a nice bonus!
  • Not sticky
  • Clear, untinted, for anytime, all the time
  • Doesn't just glides off your lips but actually keeps your lips soft
  • A little goes a long way

Will I purchase again? Yes. If I ever run out of this... it'll be awhile though! I've been using this for months and I'm not even halfway ... the stick version may be more convenient and easy, but it has so much less product!

I really like MAC TLC but the only con to these is having to use your fingers/brush/q-tip. I like the stick versions of these.

this is my favourite lip conditioner too! i tried the stick version, and i absolutely hated it! it wasn't moisturizing and tasted like lipstick. definately stick to this version, it may be a hassle but the product is worth it! LOL

@Ansa: LOL I didn't know this was quite a HG Lip Conditioner when I purchased it but I'm glad I have it now hehehe

I am going to have to try this one - I am almost finished my Chanel balm which sounds similar and this price is much better!

I have the stick version right now and I regret buying it! The application is very smooth and the scent but as it starts to dry it gets really gritty and also leaves a white film on your lips. Not repurchasing, might try this version though, it seems to get better reviews.
